Get Cogo installed, authenticated, and running your first agent turn in a couple of minutes.

Install
Homebrew, Docker, go install, or build from source.
Authenticate
Public Gemini API key or Vertex AI via gcloud.
First Prompt
Run a one-shot turn or open the interactive TUI.
Project Setup
Use cogo init to scaffold an .agents/ directory.
